This website serves as the official digital platform for Moo & Bean, providing comprehensive information regarding our Cafe menu and Pet Spa service packages. The platform is designed to facilitate service exploration and online appointment booking.
APPOINTMENT & BOOKING REGULATIONS
DATA ACCURACY: Users are responsible for providing precise information regarding the service type, preferred timing, and pet details (breed, weight, health status) to ensure optimal resource allocation.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION: All requests submitted via the website are treated as "Pending Requests." A booking is only officially confirmed once you receive a direct call or message from Moo & Bean staff.
GRACE PERIOD: To ensure fairness for all clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, Moo & Bean reserves the right to prioritize the next available slot for other customers.
CAFE & SPA INTEGRATION RULES
TRANSITION ZONES: Customers utilizing Spa services are welcome to relax in the front Cafe area. However, please adhere to designated seating guidelines to ensure hygiene and safety for our staff when transporting pets to the Spa facility in the rear.
OWNER RESPONSIBILITY: Within the Cafe premises, pet owners maintain full responsibility for their pets' behavior. Moo & Bean is not liable for any interactions or incidents between pets belonging to different customers.
SERVICE & PRICING ADJUSTMENTS
All prices displayed on the website are for reference purposes based on standard pet profiles. Final pricing may be adjusted at the store depending on the pet’s actual condition (e.g., matted fur, non-standard sizing) and will be consulted by our staff before service commencement.
